Our pay is some of the best in the industry. We always want to reward great workers for a job well done. We offer regular performance reviews and evaluate things like attendance and work ethic on an ongoing basis.
We have a pay scale that defines a specific group of skills, an expectation timeline, and a wage figure, this helps us make sure that all workers are treated fairly and paid accordingly.

6. Job SITE Safety
Safety on the job site is paramount! KD Clair works to comply with all applicable safety requirements and best practices.
Workers must be trained with WHMIS and Working at Heights and if operating specific equipment, certifications in Elevated Work Platforms and Telehandler Forklift are required.
Our goal is to be the safest framing company out there, and we work towards that goal with a multi faceted approach. By supplying safety equipment, having regular toolbox meetings, independent safety audits, and site specific orientations we hope that everyday is safer than the last.

7. Overtime Pay
Typically a full work week is 50 hours. Overtime pay is 1.5 times your standard wage or time and a half as it is commonly called.
8. Flexible Vacation Time
We pay you your vacation pay included in the direct deposit on pay day every two weeks. Also we can help you by putting your vacation pay into a separate savings account for you.
We have a pretty flexible approach to vacation time, really what we need is is adequate notice. Letting the office know two weeks in advance lets us prepare for your absence.

9. Corporate Functions
Whether its something as simple as pizza around the job site on a Friday or something more elaborate like a company golf tournament, a baseball game, or a paintball party, we like to take a little time to experience the camaraderie and friendships we develop together at work.
10. Vacation Pay
First you will be paid a fair wage for the work you are doing, you will be paid time and a half overtime after 44 hours, and you will have the opportunity to work towards potential bonuses, but to top it all off you will have vacation pay.
With the vacation pay it's a good idea to put some of that money aside we can help you by putting that vacation pay directly into a diferent savings account for you, so you don't even have to worry about it
